Drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine, eat small but regular meals, try and relax as much as possible to get full benefits from treatment.
24-48hrs after any treatment you may experience, more frequent trips to the toilet, runny nose, or cold like symptoms.
Do not panic this is the bodies natural response to the removal of toxins.
If symptoms persist and you have concerns, contact us, or contact your G.P (seek medical advice)
